The eighth release from the Poetic License Rarities range is particularly sweet - but not in the way you expect. Rather than using honey or sugar, the distillers in north east of England have distilled and infused this gin with agave nectar. Along with hibiscus, rose and black pepper, this resulting expression boasts a mellow sweetness complemented by floral top notes. We'll be very interested to see what cocktail people will be making with this one.
The liquid will turn from pink to rose gold over time due to its natural ingredients.
