Dr. Squid Gin comes to us from the Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Penzance, which was made using a recipe that features real, no-foolin' squid ink! We squid you not! A rather savoury expression, with a coastal feeling to it, along with a few touches of citrus and spice. If that wasn't cool enough, it also turns bright pink when you mix it with tonic! It comes in a copper flask, engraved with all sorts of flora and fauna. It also looks like the eponymous Dr. Squid is on the label...
Savoury kitchen herbs, balanced by fresh lemon zest and meadowsweet.
Citrus sits at the core, with woody juniper following. Subtly floral at points, and a touch of sea breeze sneaks in later on.
Spring blossom and pine.

A really unique and tasty gin. On my second bottle already!
ok gin but for the money and label, is very disappointing
Why add squid ink?! It's cruel and senseless. I wanted to buy your product, but alas I cannot because of the content.
I really love gin but I am confused with this one either I like it or not at all . The flavour is so strong that no matter what tonic you use all you taste is the gin.. and I love gin. The bottle is stunning, like incredible and the color of the gin when you mix it with the tonic absolutely gorgeous. I just wish the taste wasn’t as strong and that gin would be Perfect
I loved this gin! Admittedly I bought it for the bottle/can/flask, which is just beautiful, but found the gin itself to be delicious! Also, mine came with a speed pourer? Not sure if that’s a new thing, but it meant I didn’t have any problems pouring. Would highly recommend.
