A decadently fruity bottling here from Pinnock Distillery, which has taken a base of its Dry Gin and added locally foraged sloes and damsons, with an extra helping of local honey as well. The tart berries have met their match with the silky honey sweetness in this bottle. Now, where are our Hot Toddy glasses...?

A subtle core of juniper is surrounded by prominent tart berries and quince, with a helping of velvety honey sweetness and just a touch of orange peel on the finish.
