Pinnock Distillery
Here we have Pinnock Dry Gin from Pinnock Distillery, named after the cottage where the gin is produced over in Warwickshire. It makes use of locally sourced honey, lavender and quince, which are distilled alongside other traditional gin botanicals from slightly further afield. Only around 90 bottles are produced in each batch, weighing in at 42% ABV. A good balance of fruit, spice and sweetness in this one, and it's ace paired with tonic and a sprig of lavender, if you can get your hands on one.
Floral lavender runs throughout notes of piney juniper, warming spice and a drizzle of honey, with a hit of cardamom spice and tart fruit on the finish.

Gin is lovely but trying to find out if we have to book for the distillery
Outstanding taste, some great flavours in here. Putting Warwickshire on the gin map!
Absolutely splendid drop! I’m ordinarily not a fan of gin but was given a bottle of Pinnock as a birthday gift and I absolutely loved every mouthful. Easily the best I’ve tasted and a friend of mine who is more of a purist agreed wholeheartedly. Needless to say I have been buying it ever since my debut. Would give 6 stars if I could.
