Pink Marmalade Gin harnesses the magic of butterfly pea flower. If you're not familiar, the botanical is responsible for the spirit changing colour from blue to pink when mixed with tonic. There's also the distillery's signature salted pink marmalade alongside 11 other botanicals, including lots of citrus, so the tipple is big on flavour as well as colour.
