Pink 47 is a fine London Dry gin made from Italian juniper berries. It includes some exotic botanicals too with two different types of angelica and two different corianders. Lavish. There's also Spanish citrus fruits and almonds and a touch of West African nutmeg. One of a selection of tasty drinks released as part of the Diamond Spirits Range.
Lots of herbs, and fairly crisp. Citrus, and juniper is quite floral in style but quite pronounced.
The juniper leads on this one but there is a lot more going on. The botanicals are finely balanced and clean, with that citric element providing a fresh note.
Short, clear and dry.
A well thought out mix of botanicals have produced a tasty dry gin.
This stuff is soooo good
I love it drink it with fever tree tonic. I love the bottle and got free lights to shine under the bottle will buy again
As gins go, this one is ‘nice’ kind of nondescript, nothing great, certainly nothing bad. But, what is lovely is the bottle. Shaped like a carved gemstone ?. Makes for a beautiful gift for anyone who likes gin, purely because it looks beautiful.
Our favourite 'house' gin, that is we always try to have in the house but often fail because we love it so much a bottle doesn't last long. Nice and strong so doesn't matter too much which tonic you use. We like it with grapefruit or strawberry garnish.
This tastes like something straight off the still. Raw and unrefined.
