From the Pickering's Gin folks up in Edinburgh comes Later Than Eight Gin, which features a classic combo of chocolate and mint notes alongside the familiar heart of juniper. We think we know where the inspiration came for this one... Anyway, the producer recommends simply serving this over ice, and we couldn't agree more!
