Peter In Florence Gin
It may not surprise you to know that Peter In Florence Gin is indeed made in Florence! The Italian tipple is distilled in Pelago in the Tuscan hills with 14 botanicals, and the star botanical and inspiration for the gin is iris flower. The ancient symbol of Florence, both the iris flower and the root (also known as orris root) are featured in the gin, along with Tuscan juniper, rosemary, bergamot peel, rose and lavender.

A rich juniper core, supported by a floral bouquet, sweet grassy note, oily citrus peel and a creamy note, leading into herbaceous, earthy tones.
