Paper Lantern Gin
A craft gin produced in Southeast Asia! The clever folks at Paper Lantern distil their own base spirit from rice, in which they macerate an array of botanicals sourced from around Asia such as Sichuan peppercorn, makhwaen, ginger and lemongrass. After distillation, a dash of local Vietnamese honey is added for a hint of sweetness. We reckon this would make a fantastic Bee’s Knees cocktail!

Sticky rice, herbal juniper and spices, pleasant, gently warming pepper with delicate lemongrass citrus and a touch of sweet, floral honey on the finish.
