This includes Mallorcan juniper, citrus, almond flowers, lavender flowers, orange leaves and tomato branches. Combined with a selection of traditional gin botanicals from afar, Palma Gin lends itself to cocktails that benefit from it vibrant, almost vegetal fragrance. It really does suit a Negroni...
Orange oil, earthy juniper leading into tomato stem grassiness, floral lavender and citrus blossom, a subtly kick of cassia spiciness.
Very good gin, with a unique taste. A pity the price has shifted from £39 and so would order with slightly less frequency than I have done...
