As enthusiasts of all things science-y, we're big fans of Oxley Gin. It's distilled under vacuum - the distillate boils at -5 degrees Celsius, and re-condenses at -100 Celsius! That sounds like it shouldn't work, but the proof is in the pudding (or gin, in this case). This scientific wizardry captures some subtle, delicate flavours from the botanicals that might be lost when distilling in the usual way (y'know, with heat and all that).
Clean juniper aromas, with blossom, hints of soft pine needle, zest and dry herbs.

As a gin drinker who has made their way through more than 300 gins, this will always stick in my top 3 of all time. the umph in abv to 47% I think is what has made this gin. It's amamazing
