The Vallet family has been involved in grape growing for six generations in the Cognac region, it's unsurprising that when they decided to create a gin, they created their base spirit using grapes. They selected aromas familiar to Cognac to build out the recipe, including apricot, apple, lime, almond, clove and liquorice.
Marvellously fruit-forward, with green apple and white grape notes dominating the palate alongside herbaceous juniper.
