Oro Gin 70cl

Oro Gin, made at Dalton Distillery, is crafted using plenty of classic gin botanicals (juniper, coriander, orris root, lemon and orange peels) and some more unusual ingredients (such as cassia bark, Malabar cardamom, pink peppercorns and lemongrass). One signature botanical, the distillery claim, "will forever remain secret".

Secret or not, all Oro Gin botanicals are distilled with a high quality neutral grain spirit, before this mixture is macerated for 24 hours. Using the one shot method, the stills are charged with spirit, botanicals and water to the exact proportions of the recipe.
