This right here is one of the many single botanical gins in the Origin range. While they are all made with just one botanical, the mighty juniper berry, every expression features juniper berries from different locations to allow gin enthusiasts to see the impact the terroir can have on their favourite juniper-based beverage.
Each bottle of Origin comes with a 10ml vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals, which can be added to the bottle to transform the spirit into a more traditional, more rounded gin, if you desire to do so.
Quite fruity with fresh orchard fruits and a touch of melon. Peppery spices begin to develop on the mid-palate.
Chortle chortle, merriment and mirth. Very piney - classical flavour profile - delicious.
