Nº Zero is a London Dry Gin packed with floral sweetness from the first wafts on the nose to the final enjoyably bitter notes. Their botanical selection includes juniper, cinnamon, iris, angelica, coriander and notably Peruvian cinchona, which contains quinine. As you might expect, with tonic water traditionally getting its character from quinine, this goes rather well in a G&T.
This is a surprisingly tasty Gin. At my Gin Tour, our simultaneous reaction was eye opening delight.
