The team at No. 186 were inspired by the beloved Passion Fruit Martini for this tangy, sweet gin. Passion fruit and vanilla sit alongside coriander, lemon, chamomile, and orange in the botanical list – with a good helping of juniper too, of course. Needless to say that this will be a hit in a gin-based take of the classic cocktail!
