The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin has created a Smoked & Salted variation of its excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger, and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.
Please Note: This bottle is missing its wooden sleeve.
Cracked black pepper, peanut and smoked monkfish with hints of orange and coriander.
A little more juniper, pine and oak, lip-smackingly salted, mostly savoury but with touches of salted caramel.
Salty, briny juniper and mixed peels.
