Mosgaard Filippa Apple Gin
This fabulous gin from Danish distiller Mosgaard is made using Denmark's oldest known apple variety – the Filippa apple! Apples are distilled separately, before combining with gin, which includes an array of botanicals such as juniper, cloves, coriander seeds, pink pepper, and citrus peel. Bursting with fresh, crisp apple flavour, this will be fabulous mixed with a gently floral tonic, or light ginger ale.

Crunchy green apples, crisp and fruity with plenty of lemon and lime zest, and a hint of orange. Warming spices combine with prickly pepper, juniper, and apple peels on the finish.
