Description

Monti is produced over in Madrid using a selection of 15 botanicals. You'll find a few of the usual suspects in there, with cardamom and cinnamon, though there are a few mystery botanicals too! It's produced in small batches of fewer than 100 bottles, weighing in at 41% ABV. A G&T with a sprig of lavender should do this fragrant gin rather well.

Overall

Grassy juniper and dried herbs alongside warming cardamom, with white floral notes, light citrus and a pleasantly bitter finish.

Dry and elegant gin

It's a dry gin very rich in aromas, complex. You get a very fresh gin and tonic, with a little alcoholic presence.

I tried the first in Madrid and it is amazing!! very special and dry gin with notes of juniper... Deffo one of my fav london dry gins
