Whale, what do we have here? Distilled at Clonakilty, Minke Irish Gin was inspired by the minke whales that swim off the distillery's Atlantic Ocean coastline. As you might expect it's a refreshingly coastal expression, with local hand-picked rock samphire featuring among the botanicals. Pair it with tonic, lime and mint, and whack on some whale song and you're good to go!
Zesty lemon and a subtly salty background, with peppery juniper and anise leading into a warming, chilli-like finish.
