Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh lemon and orange oil, a solid core of juniper, soon joined by caraway and liquorice later on.
Palate
Oily juniper and peppery warmth, again balanced by vibrant, authentic citrus notes. A subtle floral hint of chamomile tucked away in there.
Finish
Well-rounded earthy juniper sticks around on the finish, with just a hint of cinnamon alongside.
Overall
Light and approachable, but with enough juniper backbone to stand up to any mixers you throw at it.
