Masons of Yorkshire based this recipe on their original dry gin but distilled to a higher strength, 53% ABV. They've upped the botanicals too, ensuring a wonderful depth of flavour and warming spice. Ideal if you prefer your G&T a little stronger and will stand up extremely well in cocktails.
