An elegant, refined Spanish gin from Mascaró, who started producing their drinks back in the 1940s. Gin 9 focuses around the bright, spicy, subtly pine-y notes of juniper, with hints of citrus and black pepper coming through on the mid-palate. Enjoyable over ice, and also rather good for classic cocktails.
