Fruit and herbs are a dreamy combination, and this brilliant gin from Lyme Bay over in the West Country combines fresh and citrusy blood orange with fragrant and herby thyme, alongside other classic gin botanicals. A beautifully well balanced spirit that will certainly do well in a classic G&T with a wedge of orange on the side.
