Treasure from the Lost Parcels trove – it's a tiny batch of gin salvaged from a Pineau des Charentes cask! Having spent 19 months maturing, the gin has taken on satisfying notes of delicate, vinous oak and vanilla alongside the hearty, resinous botanicals and zest at its core. A release of just 39 bottles.
Crisp juniper and dried, floral tea are joined by herbaceous notes of lemon peel and pith before subtle notes of vinous oak and fragrant vanilla develop.
Silky, buttery, delicate notes of caramel join cracked black peppercorn warmth, with resinous, piney juniper, and barky botanicals.
Orange peels and pith, subtle sultanas and vanilla pod linger, with bold oily juniper right through to the end.
