London to Lima Gin is made with a rather interesting base spirit - Pisco! The grape-based spirit gives this Peruvian expression a unique mouth-feel and stage for the botanicals to sing. Traditional botanical include juniper, orris, angelica and cassia, while more exotic botanicals used include Peruvian coriander, Peruvian lime, Valencia orange, aguaymanto (more commonly known as cape gooseberry) and pink peppercorn grown near the distillery.
Creamy though slightly waxy, with hearty spice of cumin and peppercorn. A welcome balancing note of zesty fruit develops.

What a treat, fabulous shaped bottle and great excitement removing the wax seal before the wonderful aromas came flowing out. Delicious fresh taste to the gin. Lovely hit of citrus with a hint of pink peppercorns which gives a full and refreshing flavour. An all round terrific gin.
