London to Lima

A gin that is testament to the creator's British roots and the flavours and craft heritage of Peru, this spirit is three times distilled from Pisco and created in hybrid copper pot stills before being blended with Andean glacial spring water from the Cordillera Blanca along with Peruvian botanicals including groundcherry, coriander, lime as well as pink peppercorns that grow at the distillery. Juniper, angelica root, and coriander as well as physalis, citrus, cassia and Florentine orris root make up the backbone of this gin which has been handcrafted from start to finish and bottled in recycled glass. London to Lima also provides indigenous communities in the Andes with water directly from its glacial spring.
Peppered on the nose and smooth on the palate with a gentle spice in the background that is upheld by a subtle citrus juiciness that encourages you back in for each new sip.
