L'Homard Gin 50cl

L'Homard is French for lobster, and there is a definite lobster on the label of this bottle. As you might expect after finding out those two facts, this gin is made with real, no foolin' lobsters! The lobsters are trapped sustainably along the coast of Canada, macerated and distilled into a special lobster distillate; not a phrase we find ourselves writing very often! This distillate is blended with a gin base and other distillates such as lemon parsley and lemongrass. It really is reminiscent of a fresh seafood platter and without sounding too obvious, would certainly pair well with said seafood!
