Made by the same folks who created the award-winning Gin Mare, this gin is a tribute to the pioneers and heritage behind spirits. It features a hefty load of vibrant botanicals distilled over seven distillations, including juniper, lime, kumquat, lemon, pink and green grapefruit, mandarin, lemongrass, bitter and sweet oranges - distilled in that order. With a bottle designed to look like an antique medicine bottle, this is one to store at the front of the drinks cabinet!
Bright and vibrant citrus notes with sharp and fruity grapefruit, herby juniper and lemongrass, boiled orange sweets.
One of the best gins I’ve ever had, apart from gin mare which is made by the same people Will definitely buy this again,if you like gin with a citrus taste this is definitely the one to get
I an not a gin expert but this one is definitely the best gin I ever had.
This is easily one of the best and most versatile citrus gins I've tasted. Although probably a bit to pricey. It's trump card, undoubtedly, is that you can throw just about any fruit at it with a sensible tonic and it adapts to become that gin fruit mix/cocktail, it has great background flavours and smooth aftertaste. Well worth at least a bottle. No 5 stars due to price.
The taste is as good as the bottle looks - fantastic! A fresh gin with a beautiful taste. Probably one of the best gins, if not the best gin I have ever had.
I did a blind taste test between 8 gins and this came out as my joint favourite alongside Eden Mill. It's simply a beautiful tasting gin!
