An Old Tom Gin from the Langley's range. Taking inspiration from a traditional style of slightly sweetened gin that was extensively enjoyed in 18th and 19th century England, the distillers behind Langley's a created their own expression, which would be well-suited for using in cocktails like the Tom Collins or the Martinez.
Langley's distillery is B-Corp certified in recognition of its impact across categories such as environmental and social sustainability.
Nutmeg appears first (surprising for an Old Tom gin!), shortly followed by juicy tangerine and a crackle of juniper.
More orange sweetness on the palate, plus a hint of honey. Still has a good backbone of juniper and warming spices.
Spearmint and leafy coriander.

a nice crisp gin
Thank heavens Old Tom Gin has now become available. A Tom Collins is so much better with Old Tom Gin.
I loved this gin - it has a fulsome, dry, almost chewy taste to it... it's so good!
Never knew of the Old Tom style, but now a firm favourite. Its slight sweetness delivers a beautiful G&T but also works fantastically in a Tom Collins (my favourite drink). Love the bottle.
