Here we have the first release from the Kyrö x Friends series, and the Finnish distillery partnered with Kyoto Distillery over in Japan for this one! The gin was made to celebrate 100 years of diplomacy between Japan and Finland. Kyrö sent over a selection of local herbs to Japan, and this was the delicious result, still boasting Kyrö's famed rye base. Notes of Japanese yuzu citrus balance floral, piney notes in this celebratory tipple!
A touch of berry fruit and red florals, with distinctive yuzu citrus and oily, piney juniper, leading into peppery spice and a smidge of savoury seaweed.
