So many gins out there, it's easy to get lost between the bigger brands and the smaller batches and find something that really stands out. This is a great classic gin with stand out flavours that don't overpower and a smooth drink. It also looks the part with labeling that reflects the brands commitment to lion conservation. It'd make a thoughtful gift, just make sure you order one for yourself too.

In a badly over-saturated market such as gin, it's easy to get carried away with overly complex botanicals in an attempt to be noticed amongst the hoi polloi. Kyngs however have give the other way, insisting on simplicity and balance underpinned by quality and it is this quality that shines through. They've targeted the premium gin market but this tastes much better than the competition. It's a new player that will appeal to the traditional elite.
