Gin from Chicago's very own Koval Distillery - which is the first distillery in the city since the days of Prohibition. Beautiful stuff, and with a gorgeous bottle to match!
Juniper forward, though it's backed up by fresh white petal fragrance. A handful of peppercorns and cardamom pods give it a dry, spicy kick.
