
This Scottish seaweed gin is made with a blend of organic kelp and spiral wrack, bringing delicate coastal salinity, balanced by zesty notes of sea buckthorn berries and lemon verbena. Vibrant and herbaceous, it ought to work splendidly in a Martini, or simply top with plenty of ice and tonic, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Bold and piney to start, with soft salinity, a hint of brine, fresh citrus peels, and a touch of pepper.
