King's Hill
All the way from the Pentland Hills in Scotland comes King's Hill Gin, made with a combination of botanicals that includes juniper, coriander, orris root, elderflower and gorse. The name is a reference to a bet made by King Robert the Bruce and Sir William Sinclair of Roslin - not a reference to the classic cartoon 'King of the Hill'.
Liquorice, soft orange, thyme and menthol. Rather cooling - ought to make for great refreshing cocktails.
Really palatable gin great with the suggested Mediterranean tonic and a slice of grapefruit. I have to say it is one of the best Gins i have had in recent times and definitely stands out as something very special in what has become a rather saturated Gin market.
I love this gin as do all my friends!Even those that weren’t big gin fans are now sold on this one.Sooo easy to drink.Having to buy another bottle already!Fab
Great gin, yet another delightful addition to the Scottish section of my gin cabinet. Very smooth and easy to drink, after another bottle when back in stock.
Definitely worth 5 stars! Absolutely love this gin. The bottle is fantastic, will be re filling this one with my home made sloe gin. Better get picking Sloes as this one’s going down very quickly, soon be onto bottle No.2!
Really enjoyed this with Mediterranean tonic and a slice of grapefruit, as suggested. Smooth and drinkable for a novice gin-drinker, but with flavours exciting enough for seasoned drinkers. Very nice bottle - would make a lovely gift.
