Killowen Gin
The Killowen Distillery wanted to celebrate its surroundings through its very own gin! Seasonal botanicals are hand-harvested and then stored year round, including wild angelica root, mint, meadowsweet, fuchsia, elderflower and elderberry. A wonderful mix of maritime and herbaceous botanicals, the well-balanced Irish spirit is best garnished with a small sprig of mint.
