This gin hails from Uganda's Kakira Sugar Estate, and is produced with molasses leftover from the sugar production process. Botanicals for this copper pot distilled gin are also grown on the estate including the likes of juniper, ginger, citrus, cardamom, and black pepper, embracing a farm-to-bottle approach for its characterful spirit.
Vibrant juniper takes the lead, with waves of zesty citrus peel backed by fragrant spices, and warming hints of ginger and pepper.
