Here we have a cask aged expression of Juni 93 handcrafted micro-batch gin. Interestingly, it is aged in juniper wood barrels, which intensifies the flavour of the Serbian juniper berries used in the gin. With such an ornately decorated bottle, perhaps this would be one to stick a candle in once you've finished the delicious gin! Just an idea.
Earthy notes of juniper, pine and eucalyptus, fading into spicier notes with fragrant chamomile on the finish finish.
Smooth. Juniper and citrus on the nose but a very lingering note on the palette. Very powerful kind of pine sensation.
