Jensen's Bermondsey Gin harks back to the mid-20th century and the quality gins produced before the '80s and '90s, where some say the spirit languished somewhat. This expression is a London dry gin, boasting a host of traditional gin botanicals built around a solid core of juniper, though those other botanicals do get their fair share of attention. Excellent in a Martini, we will say!
