The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.

It's should be super dilute and give us good booz.
Don’t normally like flavoured gins, I stick to London dry, but wow! Beautiful gin, strawberries ? are delicious in this, if you enjoy flavoured gins this is definitely one to try!
Highly recommended gin from those clever distillers on the Isle of Wight. They have added locally grown strawberries which is infused with their “small “ batch gin. Creating sweet and sour effects on the tongue. Sweetness of the strawberries versus lemon zest and samphire. Moorish. I prefer to serve with a “good” lemonade and plenty of ice and alpine strawberries,
Unbelievable taste unbeatable price, I'm not a gin drinker but omg this has made me appreciate how gin should taste, thank you for opening my eyes
A great gin , made with passion, The distillery is worth a visit.Serve with a strawberry and slice of lime and and a simple tonic but not too much to be able to taste the fruit. One of my favourite flavoured gins ! It’s a gin not a gin liquor
