The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.
This was a birthday present for my step daughter. She absolutely loved it! Purchasing was quick and easy and delivery was very quick.
Bought this on the spur of the moment when on holiday on Isle of Wight last summer -best decision ever. Went back the next day for more and haven't stopped buying it since and have shared with gin drinking friends - all have loved it. Just such a lovely light, Strawberry hint, no fuss needed, just add simple tonic and ice. Really just completely adore it. And I have tried so many gins!
This is probably one of the best Pink Gins I’ve tried. Subtle and not overly sweet. This was a pleasure to drink

I and everyone I know love this gin. It's actually quite subtle and a lot less sugary than the bigger brands you might find find in supermarkets
