The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.

Nothing to write home about.
I was so disgusted with the taste of this, I fed it to my roses! Utterly awful ! It reminisced of a jar of sweets blended up ... nothing I added to it could make it taste any better. Never ever will I buy this again !
Taste to chemically
Absolutely disgusting. The horribly sweet taste is just awful. It’s artificial and has a nasty aftertaste. Totally undrinkable. No amount of tonic or lemon could rescue it. I love gin and have tried many different flavours - this is the only one I have poured down the sink.
If you're hoping that this "pink gin" will satisfy your thirst by providing a refreshing alternative to traditional gin, you will be sorely disappointed. This tastes worse than kerosene. By far and wide the worst gin I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Do not buy this disgusting drink under any circumstances, stick to normal gin, I beg you.
