The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.

Nothing good say about this, taste like bath soap
Tried this pink gin for the first time last night, it’s absolutely delicious, had with tonic and strawberries. Can’t wait to buy a bottle.
Taste way to chemically not for me.
I absolutely love it I keep all the bottle's theyre so beautiful and I believe made from murano Italian glass I can taste the ? strawberry and it is just so addictive my daughter and friends love it too we are all addictive xxxx
After drinking this stomach-churning pink gin, I felt very nauseous I found it very distasteful. With a very foul & nasty smell! This unappetising vile drink has to be the worst pink gin I’ve ever encountered. taste like something my 19 year old daughter would drink, the Isle of Wight! can have this repugnant gin back. Way to many good ones to be fooled with this unappetising vomit.
