The Misty Isle Gin from Isle of Skye Distillers (on the eponymous Inner Hebridean island) is made using 11 botanicals - juniper, orris root, liquorice root, black cubebs, coriander, grains of paradise, lemon peel, cassia bark and a secret botanical. This secretive botanical only comes from Skye. Mysterious!
Liquorice, cracked black pepper and subtly floral juniper.
Cassia gives it a spicy start, while lemon and orris develop in the background, balancing the palate.
Waxy orange peel and fresh juniper warmth.

Gorgeous nose which erupts in the glass with ice and a slice of orange. A very unique palate given the botanicals used in the distillation process and made in small batches, each bottle numbered. A very welcome addition to the gin world and one which will only grow in popularity.
Lovely smooth bitterness counteracted by sweetness (?)
Not bad but nothing special.
This is the damage
Gorgeous gin, my favourite by far.
