Isle Of Bute Oaked Gin
Isle Of Bute's Oaked Gin is a bit like a cask aged gin, in that it incorporates the deliciously vanilla-rich notes of oak - however, it's not aged! This expression was actually distilled with oak from Scotch whisky casks, alongside a selection of warming spices. The result is brilliantly flavoursome, perfect for enjoying with ginger ale, or with tonic and a good wedge of orange.
