Oily juniper with a hint of sweetness to it, joined by spicy liquorice and coriander, plus a light waft of sea breeze. Hints of zesty citrus develop on the finish.

This needs a slice of pink grapefruit at all times. The smoothness and Citrus tones are just amazing with that hint of seaeed coming through has all the balance right when a tiny squeeze of fresh grapefruit is added. This is top notch scottish gin.
