Made in the same way as Inverroche's Verdant Gin, except this time the Fynbos botanicals from the Cape Floral Kingdom used are from coastal areas as opposed to the mountainous region. These South African botanicals are used during distillation (using the vapour infusion method) and a subsequent infusion with the coastal botanicals providing a much darker hue as well as a different flavour profile.
Rounded, woodsy spice character alongside the expected Cape florals with touches of tobacco leaf and nutty complexity.
I am from South Africa so Fynbos botanicals are close to my heart to have them in Gin is like a total WOW factor. I have introduced this to tons of people and not one hasn't absolutely loved it and wanting more!!
