Joining the Indian Summer Cask Strength Gin collection, this expression has been treated to a stay in ex-sherry casks that previously held Highland Scotch whisky! The gentle notes of oak char, roasted malt, and dried fruits add an interesting twist to its herbaceous juniper core.

Burnt orange peels, spiced fruit loaf, peppery juniper, and earthen malt with a touch of sawdust and mint chocolate on the finish.
