Icelandic Mountain Spirits
The eagle has landed - specifically the Icelandic Eagle Gin from Icelandic Mountain Spirits. Features a botanicals selection along the lines of juniper, ginger, angelica, coriander, orange and lemon, and blended with pure Icelandic water, this will make for excellent cocktails and mixed drinks.
Herbaceous juniper and coriander, with a touch of the vanilla-y florals coming through from the angelica.

Yum yum yum. Can even drink it straight and its still enjoyable. Mixed with a nice tonic or a fruit punch it is delish.
