Using a combo of only five botanicals - namely juniper, angelica, coriander, orange peel and orris - this expression shows off a bright, zesty flavour profile with enough spice to balance it out. All sorts of cocktails are viable with this one, though it really does stand out in a Martini.
Juniper bursts on the palate, lively and vibrant, paired with a crackle of cardamom heat and zesty orange. Subtly woody at points, with a touch of caraway or liquorice sweetness underneath it all.
